Back at our office, we logged the pouch, photographed its contents (without exposing any personal data), and secured it in our on-site safe. Using the apartment’s management office, we matched the lease number on a gym ID inside the wallet to the correct tenant. That same evening, our operations manager hand-delivered the wallet to the tenant’s door—intact, unopened, and with every card and dollar exactly as they’d been found. When the grateful resident tried to tip us, we refused and asked instead that they consider a donation to the Utah Food Bank.
The tenant sent a handwritten thank-you note praising "Integrity Solutions’ honesty and attention to detail." The apartment’s leasing office publicly acknowledged our team in their tenant newsletter, strengthening our relationship and leading to referrals.
